  1. No purchase necessary.

 

  1. Contests are open to full-time residents of Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties, Florida, USA.

 

  1. Contest registrants and winners must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

 

  1. Difficulties with phone lines to enter the contest or getting to the Little Dog Media Group studios to claim prizes are not the responsibility of Little Dog Media Group.

 

  1. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Therefore, winners must present a valid Social Security Card to claim a prize valued at $600USD or more.

 

  1. Employees, associates, interns, other related sponsors of Little Dog Media Group and their immediate families, and any employees from other radio stations shall be ineligible to participate in any contest. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

 

  1. Once you have won a contest, neither you nor any member of your family or household can win this or another Little Dog Media Group contest for 30 Days.

 

  1. All cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a check that must be picked up at the Little Dog media Group studios during contest fulfillment hours.

 

  1. There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contests and the prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect a prize within 30 days constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of  (Little Dog Media Group), and another winner may be selected.

 

  1. By participating in (Little Dog Media Group)contests, winners and contestants grant permission to (Little Dog Media Group)to use their name, photograph, voice, and or likeness for advertising and or publicity purposes without additional consideration.

 

  1. (Little Dog Media Group)reserves the right to make rules or contest changes without notice at any time. (Little Dog Media Group)also reserves the right to change contest dates without notice.

 

  1. The decision of the (Little Dog Media Group)management to interpret these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the judges’ decisions and the official rules.

 

  1. If a winner violates any of these rules, they may be required to forfeit their prize.

 

  1. (Little Dog Media Group), its representatives, agencies, and employees are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award and or use of the prize.

 

  1. Failure to observe any of the above rules absolves (Little Dog Media Group)of any and all liability, and no prize awards will be considered for reimbursement.

 

  1. Additional rules may be added for specific contests at the station’s discretion.

Prize Fulfillment Days and Hours:

Monday through Friday 10 am – 1pm

(excluding national holidays)

 

Prize redemption expires 30 days from the day you win your prize.

 

You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID (license, passport).

 

The winners must pick up their prizes since prizes will not be sent by mail.

 

Prize winners are ineligible to win the same prize again or any other prize for 30 days from the date a prize was won.
